Those who have not finish the ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ please do not read on because I am going to give my comments for this book. As I just finished it last night, the story is still clear in my head… haha.
Well, I guessed some part of the story correct. The part Dumbledore and Snape working together against Lord Voldermort. The part about Snape is actually a good guy and Dumbledore chose to die under the hands of Snape rather than Malfoy.
This last book seemed similar to the Order of Phoenix as story telling part is quite long while the action part is on and off throughout the story as war against Voldermort begins.
It narrates a lot of life story of Dumbledore.
I am quite surprised when the author allows the twin brothers, Fred to die in the fight. But what touched me the most is actually the Dobby and Kreacher… haha… Surprising things they do to help Harry. Imagine the change in Kreacher and Dobby’s loyalty to Harry. The part where Kreacher and all the others joined the fight against are really touching… moved me to tears… haha… When Dobby dies and Harry personally digs a grave for him, it is touching too.Another amazing part is Mrs Weasly actually can fight too… Bellatrix is killed by Mrs Weasly! Yes! Yes!
The part Harry has to die in order to win is touching too. Really scared that Harry will really die but I know the author would not do things the common way.
The Malfoys really love their son…
Never expect Neville to become the leader of the DA…
I guessed correctly that Harry would use the Disarming Spell against Voldermort and he wins!
Lupin and Tonks had a baby boy, and Harry Potter is his god-father! Ted (baby boy) had the same story as Harry lost his parents young too.
In the end, Lupin and Tonks die in the fight too. Though the story never said how they die. Moody-Eye dies early part of the story.
Well, the ‘Nineteen Years Later’ Chapter I thought it was a bit redundant but surprisingly, the next day when I woke up the only thing I remembered is actually Harry’s sons and family. Thought the author wanted to give the story ending a ‘Happily Ever After’ feeling. Well, she succeeded and the end of the story is warm and peaceful. Though I thought she lay a hint about little Teddy?? Maybe a hint to continue?? Albus Severus Potter (Harry’s second son) is cute though a story on him is not bad too. First boy is James Potter, youngest is Lily Potter a cute little girl. All named by Harry’s parents and teachers. Ron and Herimone’s first child is a girl called Rose and a younger son named Hugo… Really happily ever after… as all of them will go to Hogwarts School of Magic…
Harry Potter journey had finished! So sad...
