I hate to be troubled by money matters but I am always always being troubled by it. School fees blah blah things just cant solve by itself. Really have the feeling to scold vulgarity words. Cant stand it really cant stand it. It affects my mood so fast. What shall I do to make everything well again?
Today got a third complain by customers at my workplace. 1st complain is customers saw us reading newspaper. 2nd complain is people heard me playing mp3 songs at my workplace and now the 3rd complain is customer saw one staff assisting customer and another staff sms-ing all the way and seems very bo chap about the job. Wow! All these kind of complains you will see how strict my workplace is. Working hours start at 8am when there was no customer, flipping newspaper was being read as reading newspaper and deemed as not professional, when all permanent staff working hours start at 0830 or 0900 but all strolling in 20 min later. 2nd complain I think is post by another staff here. Well, ok I admit it’s my fault I really played my mp3 but at the minimum volume of cos. though my colleague and I enjoy the sudden relief and comfort from the songs rather than the absolute silence in my ‘penguin qurrantined area’, seemed like the volume was like a deafening roar to somebody else. The 3rd complain is stated on Monday when there were only 2 gals working. My colleague and I. Seemed like nobody let us claim any rewards as to deal with all customers that day ( Monday was the highest record of customers of the week). Listening to complains saying how come only 2 of you settling all customers enquires all by yourself. But by the end of that day only complain rather than praises was heard by superior. I cannot say we didn’t sms during work but that is only when there are no customers around. Are we to put up black professional straight face all day without letting ourselves relax for just a while. Is that when there is nothing to do, we cant talk to each other we cant read sms and all the things we can do is to look at customers and talk only when they ask us to? Are we robot? Are we service robot? Might as well employ a robot why employ human being and forbitting them to do what human being normally do?
It’s not as if we keep talking on phone or sms when we are attending to customers, if I did that and I got a complain fair enough but these are unreasonable! Outrageous! There are no common sense in ppl anymore is it?
Ok, everyone of you who read this will only say one comment to me which is ‘Working is like that you just got to bear with it’. Well, save it.
