I have decided to renew my contract for just one month to allow my employer ample time to search for new staff to replace me. As my previous employer have not contact me with further details and I got to make decision fast (my contract end this sat), my colleague and I decided to work for them for one more month. Sigh our supervisors and managers seems very keen on getting us to renew our contract as they know nobody else will be able to replace us without a good knowledge of what we already knew. They almost plead and persuade us for this whole month after getting the news that we do not want to extend our contract. But the thing is they cannot increase our benefits and salary that we already have. But one thing that I realise is, they a bunch of good people to work with although they may not be sensitive to all kinds of trivial matters that we face daily.
Haha. Making people happy, make us feel grateful for the decision that we made today. Although I find my supervisor’s happiness very exaggerating, he almost knees with happiness when we finally ‘announced’ our decision to stay. Though everybody else got to know that we are highly possible not going to renew it. All of them just will not give up their hope to affect and influence our decision. Well, they are successful this time. (^_^)
Got to find another job after this job though.
Feeling kinda blank and white now. Do not know what to think, do not know what to say now. Hah.
